A Big Welcome to Sarah!

Scott Bailey LLP is delighted to welcome Sarah French to its growing Family Law team in Lymington. An experienced solicitor, accredited mediator, and collaborative lawyer, Sarah joins our well-known family lawyers, Sarah Unsworth and Ann Herd, in our high-street office in Lymington. Sarah’s addition to the team means that we can offer our clients even greater choice and support when navigating separation and relationship breakdown.

Sarah French has a particular focus on helping clients resolve financial and child matters in a way that reduces conflict and puts the long-term well-being of any children at the centre of the process. She works with clients to find the most appropriate way forward, whether that’s mediation, negotiation, or a collaborative approach, always with a view to avoiding court where possible.

Sarah’s ethos and values as a family lawyer align very closely to our own, which is why we’re so pleased to announce her arrival. Sarah French joins Head of Department Sarah Unsworth, an experienced collaboratively trained lawyer and accredited mediator, and Ann Herd, who brings considerable expertise as a mediator and collaborative solicitor.
