Come and meet our dementia specialist nurse Janet in your local Oakhaven charity shop.
Janet will be at the Hythe shop from 12-1pm on Tuesday 19th May.
If you would like to learn about dementia and the support available in your community, come and meet our dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, Janet, during Dementia Awareness Week.
We welcome everyone living in our New Forest, Totton and Waterside communities. Pop by to gain information and friendly guidance.
