Nestled between the Solent and the New Forest; The Haven, Lymington offers the best views over the marina to the Isle of Wight hills beyond. Abundant with fresh produce from our local shores and forest, we get crab straight from the boat, New Forest strawberries, and tomatoes from the Isle of Wight just across the water.

Ours is a seafood inspired menu with a strong focus on locally sourced ingredients. Simple yet delicious, all-day dining, there’s something for everyone to love, seven days a week.

Sunday Roasts are back

Sunday Roasts are served from early October through the winter months: starting 12 midday, last sitting at 3pm, Followed by live music 4pm-6pm

Order yourself a drink, sit back, relax and enjoy some great live music! We showcase different local artists every Sunday 4pm – 6pm throughout the winter. No need to book - simply come down and chill out with some great tunes. 

Dog friendly

We’re dog lovers at The Haven, used to welcoming four-legged friends on the terrace and in our bar & snug areas. If you call in advance, we’ll reserve a dog-friendly table for you. You’ll even find water bowls on the terrace and dog treats on the bar.

The Haven Bar and Restaurant boasts some of the most incredible views over the Lymington River, the Solent and the Isle of Wight. Recently refurbished, The Haven houses a cosy and welcoming bar, an excellent restaurant with incredible waterfront views through panoramic windows and a sizeable outside terrace - perfect for sundowners and al fresco dining (there are heaters for chilly evenings!)

Whether you arrive by sea, by road or on foot, it is a great place to sit and watch the world float by! A veritable haven, where you can really escape for a while if you choose - although there is free wifi if you do need to connect.

The Haven is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, morning coffee with pastries, lunch, afternoon tea and cakes, cocktails and of course dinner. The Haven's talented chefs strive to use locally-sourced, seasonal produce wherever possible. The Specials Menu changes weekly to reflect the latest catch and crop. The bar features a range of seasonal, locally-made beers, ales, ciders and spirits.

How to find The Haven

There is parking in the Yacht Haven Marina which can be accessed from the main marina entrance in Kings Saltern Road - or park in the Bath Road carpark and take a gentle stroll around the sea wall past the Sea Water Baths and marina. Nestled on the first floor, The Haven Bar and Restaurant can be accessed either by the exterior steps or through the main entrance to Lymington Yacht Haven.
