We coach and mentor business owners and managers to be more effective and plan strategically to achieve business and personal goals.

When owners, managers, or employees get stuck in a rut about their business, their job, or their career, or are simply overwhelmed by it all, we coach and mentor them one-on-one, either online or face-to-face, out of the rut.

Our mental health first aid and mental health awareness courses are accredited by Mental Health First Aid England (the premier English provider of this training). This training empowers businesses to be more supportive of employee well-being, reducing staff churn, absenteeism, and presenteeism while boosting morale and productivity. The training can be in person or online and is suited to groups of up to 16 or 25 people depending on the course. We have trained smaller groups on a regular basis.
