Royal Southampton Yacht Club Gins Clubhouse Stunning setting to enjoy delicious meals and unbeatable views of Beaulieu River Open to non-members as well as members The Royal Southampton Yacht Club (RSYC) is one of the region's premier yacht clubs offering a wide range of cruising, racing, training and social activities throughout the year. Awarded a Royal Charter in 1875, Royal Southampton is one of the oldest royal yacht clubs in the country. Yet while traditions are important, the Club is young at heart and constantly attracting new individual and family members of all ages. Gins Clubhouse is the Royal Southampton's main clubhouse, overlooking a picturesque stretch of the beautiful Beaulieu River on the Beaulieu Estate. Together with outstanding panoramic views, the clubhouse offers an inviting bar and an excellent restaurant, with freshly-cooked, locally- sourced meals prepared by our in-house chef. Gins is accessible by both road and by sea, it offers walk-ashore and mid-river pontoons, toilets and showers. A Bosun service is available during opening hours in season. A range of one- and 2-person dinghies are provided for Members' use.RSYC's Administration, Race Management and Training Centre is based on the River Itchen, in Floating Bridge Road, Southampton. Click here to meet the team and read more about the club Wide ranging lunchtime menu  The well priced lunch menu is served between 12 and 3pm and includes baguettes filled with minute steak, sausage & onion, smoked bacon brie & cranberry, fish finger & tartare sauce. A mug of homemade soup is a popular option and a bowl of fries.
