"I am a multidisciplined chef, my early training was at the London Cordon Bleu college and working for some very noble households across the globe including the USA. I was lucky to have been learning and working with some amazing Michelin starred chefs in hotels and restaurants both here in England and in the USA.
I cater for many events from weddings, Hen and Stag parties as well as birthday parties and funerals. I also create unique catering experiences tailored for your budget. I run my outside catering business for and at events where you will find my homemade creations from bread, pork pies, to cakes and vegan specialities.
I am locally involved with Cook in the Kitchen, a local charity helping demonstrate to others how to cook.
I also run one to one as well as group sessions to teach anything from knife skills to preparing meals or even how to butcher a deer!.
I'll make your dinner party different by having me teach you and your guests how to prepare your chosen feast, so a wonderful meal and a lesson all in one."
