NFHC dates back to the 1920s and meets several times a week at the sand-based astroturf pitch next to Lymington Health and Leisure. The club has a strong reputation and regularly puts juniors forward to county Junior Development.

• Under 10 Boys & Girls - Thursday 5:30-6:30pm
• Under 12 Girls - Wednesday 6:15-7:15pm
• Under 12 Boys - Thursday 6:30-7:30pm
• Under 14 Girls - Wednesday 6:15-7:15pm
• Under 14 Boys - Thursday 6:30-7:30pm
• Under 16 Girls - Wednesday 6:15-7:15pm
• Under 16 Boys - Thursday 7:30-9pm
• Men - Thursday 7:30-9pm
• Women - Wednesday 7:30-9pm
