Lymington Hospital Friends is a charity that works closely with Lymington New Forest Hospital to improve the care and wellbeing of patients, above and beyond what the NHS can fund and provide, with invaluable support for fundraising from local people and businesses. We provide in-hospital volunteer services (Ward Friends), operate a hospital shop with newspapers and a range of products and make regular donations to the Hospital to support to improve patient care. The charity is run by voluntary trustees and an operations manager and could not operate without the gift of time given by our many volunteers. We are keen to build a community of friends to support the hospital and to share regular news items about the work of the charity.
