We have many well established karate clubs throughout Hampshire and Dorset, in various sports centres and schools including Winchester, Lymington, New Milton, Ringwood, Bournemouth and Poole, which have been operating since 1992.

All of our clubs are members of the Southern England Karate Federation, English Karate Federation (EKF) &World Karate Federation (WKF).

Karate is an ancient martial art which originated in Japan many years ago and is now practised all over the world.

In modern times karate will help you in all aspects of life by developing such qualities as Self Discipline, Improved Co-ordination, Good Communication Skills, Personal awarenes & Self Confidence, Good Moral Standards as well as being an effective form of Self defence.
