Looking for a unique autumn experience in the New Forest? Join award-winning New Forest chocolatier Kerry Witt for a hands-on chocolate workshop at Careys Manor, where you'll discover the art of handcrafted chocolates before enjoying a leisurely charcuterie lunch.

During this 90-minute workshop, Kerry will guide you through the techniques behind smooth milk chocolate truffles, chocolate tempering and Careys Manor's signature gold-dusted chocolate horses. Personalise your truffles with a choice of chocolate orange or refreshing peppermint, enjoy a chocolate tasting along the way and learn the skills behind artisan chocolate making.

At the end of the workshop, you'll take home 18 handmade truffles and four chocolate horses, beautifully packaged to enjoy yourself or share with family and friends.

Your experience concludes with a relaxed charcuterie lunch featuring cured meats, cheeses and seasonal accompaniments.
