Your experience begins with tea, coffee and homemade treats before joining professional florist Laura from Blooming Marvellous Creations for a 90-minute hands-on workshop. Suitable for beginners and flower lovers alike, you'll learn the spiral hand-tied bouquet technique, discover how to condition flowers, balance colour and texture, and finish your bouquet with beautiful wrapping and ribbon detailing. Using a carefully selected collection of seasonal blooms and foliage, you'll create a stunning arrangement to take home with you.

After the workshop, continue your day with a leisurely two-course lunch in Cambium, Careys Manor's elegant restaurant, where seasonal dishes celebrate the flavours of the New Forest.
