Cottage Lodge was one of the first properties in the forest to provide guests with a New Forest Breakfast. All the produce comes from the forest and travels the minimum number of food miles possible. Eggs come from Claytons in the New Forest; local field mushrooms cultivated by Merry Orchard, Cowsfield; tomatoes from Turvils, Pennington or from the Isle of Wight; plus sausages, bacon and gluten free sausages by Owls Barn, Sopley. The team are delighted to cater for people with special dietary requirements and serve Cauldrons sausages for those prefering a vegetarian breakfast.
