Colten Care  - Residential, Nursing and Dedicated Dementia Care homes in the New Forest

Colten Care is a family-owned, independent, award-winning care home provider founded in Lymington in 1981. As a group, Colten owns and operates 21 quality care homes, 6 of which cover the New Forest.

All Colten Care homes are registered for nursing care

With more than 45 years’ experience of running care homes, all homes include the important provision of qualified and professional nursing care. This sets them apart from many other care operators who, over the last 10 years, have moved away from providing nursing care, instead relying on visiting community nurses.

With a simple, all-inclusive pricing structure, there are no hidden extras or non-refundable deposits.

Choosing to place your loved one in a care home does not mean compromising on their independence, dignity, and happiness. When you find the right home, quite the opposite can be true.
