Aegle Mind and Body is safe space that invites you to reconnect with your inner confidence, passion and happines through blending together various Yoga traditions and Psychology.
Alexandra is a Cogntive Therapist and Yoga Teacher supporting people who are struggling with low self esteem, anxiety, perfectionism, or are trapped in cycles of negativity, to dissolve unhelpful beliefs and habits so that they can find a sense of belonging, purpose and self worth.

The short answer is that it makes you feel good. The movement (asana), the breathing (pranayama) and the meditation allow you to reconnect with yourself, to observe what it feels like to be in your body, in your mind, basically what it feels like to be YOU. Research has shown Yoga to:
