Shape Up Fitness - where getting fit and healthy is fun

Shape Up Fitness provide exercise classes, spin classes, pilates, yoga and one-to-one personal training. Classes can be booked and paid online, with no joining membership fee - it's really easy to sign up and get going!

Body conditioning is a total body training session utilising hand weights. The choice of different weights range from 1kg - 5kg (or heavier if desired). The training session incorporates exercises performed using high repetitions and you will feel pushed to your limit but you will leave feeling accomplished. You will be encouraged to work at your own pace! It is an ultimate workout for improving your muscular strength and shape as well as getting an optimum calorie burn. All equipment is provided. Please bring your own filled water bottle.

Body Conditioning Classes at Shape Up Fitness:

Monday: 9.20 - 10.15am with Annabel

Wednesday: 9.20 - 10.15am with Annabel

Saturday: 9 - 9.55am with Annabel


Shape Up Fitness provide fun, friendly and motivational fitness classes and one-to-one personal training at the Passford House Hotel near Lymington. Spin classes, body conditioning, wellbeing including pilates. Class booking online and NO joining fee. The Shape Up team are highly motivational and incredibly friendly - you'll soon feel part of the 'crew'!
