Using ballet and pilates technique to ensure a safe and effective way of exercising. This class is differnt to the BARRE concept as we generally do most of the execise on the ground, with a standing section towards the end of the class.
The class is generally slowed controled movments to lovely music to give you the felling of movment and dance.
We also use the arms alot during the porte de bras section which really helps tone the upper body and moves the body in a graceful way.
