Natural ways to beat pain - FREE talk

Health and Wellbeing Events
Date: Tuesday, 15 October 18:00

With so many people living with pain, and so many resigned to masking the pain with dangerously addictive opioid drugs, we decided to hold a talk all about managing pain naturally. It is possible to gain pain relief without painkillers, perhaps even beat your pain naturally with complementary therapies.

Come and join us for a free talk on natural pain relief from three of The Hub’s therapists:

As well as sharing their experience of treating pain, and how natural pain relief works, they will be here to answer all your questions during what promises to be an interesting evening’s discussion at Active Nation.

Date: 15 October, 6-8pm

Place: Active Nation, 3 Angel Courtyard, Lymington SO41 9AP

To book: phone Kenna on 01590 677333
