This workshop will cover the basics of yin yoga, an all seated practice which works on the fascia, ligiments in the joints through the connective tissue by holding the poses for long periods of time. To this we need to the muscles relax, which is where a small amount of alcohol comes in.
The gin helps us to access the deeper tissue and relax into the postures, not to mention it is great low calorie mix of natrual and nutritous herbs. In the middle ages it was used as a yu will leave feelling restored and ready for the weekend!
