The World's Biggest Coffee Morning

in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support

The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is Macmillan’s biggest fundraising event for people facing cancer. People all over the UK to host their own Coffee Mornings and donations on the day are made to Macmillan. Last year alone the charity raised £27 million and this year they are aiming to raise even more.

Brave the Shave!

In addition to the cakes, coffee and Golden Cupcake, one of the Colten companians at Woodpeckers in Brockenhurst will be BRAVING THE SHAVE! With all watching, Jo the hairdresser will be shaving Jane's head! Jane has been growing her hair for the Little Princess Trust who will make it into wigs. Woodpeckers resident Betty has been busy making Jane a woolly hat to keep her hair warm this winter!

Ladies, on the first Wednesday of each month join the residents at Court Lodge for Ladies' Afternoon Tea and gentlemen, on two Tuesdays a month come along to the Gentlemen's Lunch Club, also at Court Lodge.
