Shape Up Fitness - where getting fit and healthy is fun

Shape Up Fitness provide exercise classes, spin classes, pilates, yoga and one-to-one personal training. Classes can be booked and paid online, with no joining membership fee - it's really easy to sign up and get going!

Mat based Pilates class with gentle toning, stretching and flexing exercises to balance your body using breathing techniques to improve your strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing. The class is designed to help you make incremental improvements to your movement, flexibility and reach. Pilates, Stretch & Flex is a great way to strengthen your body, de-stress your mind and have time to simply focus on you. A gentle warm-up either performed standing or on the floor will be followed with both standing exercises and mat based exercises. Attention will be given to technique and help will be given to ensure correct alignment is achieved. A relaxation period at the end of the class will ensure that you leave feeling ready to face the world again.

Shape Up Fitness provide fun, friendly and motivational fitness classes and one-to-one personal training at the Passford House Hotel near Lymington. Spin classes, body conditioning, wellbeing including pilates. Class booking online and NO joining fee. The Shape Up team are highly motivational and incredibly friendly - you'll soon feel part of the 'crew'!
