Head Chef Matthew Whitfield and his team at The Terrace Restaurant are not only driven by passion to serve the finest dishes to every guest, but they are devoted to sourcing the finest ingredients from responsible, ethical suppliers and as locally as possible, which means every day is a celebration of British food at The Terrace.

Enjoy local partridge from Owtons butchers where they source their game from Beaulieu Estate, just across the road from The Montagu Arms. The partridge will be accompanied by salt baked swede, Smoked bacon, Chestnut and pickled elderberries as part of the a la carte menu this November.
