We are a friendly fortnightly Creative Writing Group based at the Hayloft Room, Lymington Community Centre. Everyone is welcome from experienced writers to complete newbies. We are open writers of all stripes - fiction and creative non-fiction writers, as well as poets. Group sessions are held every other Tuesday evening from 7.30 to 9pm - drop ins and first timers are always welcome. Sessions are a mixture of informal writing exercises, optional workshopping and looking at writing style, plot, structure, character etc. We also plan to run sessions with guest authors in future. £3 per session with tea, coffee and biscuits included.
