Social media is a double-edged sword for many business owners. On the one hand, it promises so much, but on the other hand, it can take up a lot of your valuable time – especially if you don’t have a proven social media plan. But if you’re mainly selling to other businesses, then there’s one place you definitely need to be: LinkedIn.

With more than 400 million users and the ability to connect with new leads, partners or influencers who can help you spread the word about your brand, it’s the obvious choice for B2B. But are you getting the most out of it or are you just tinkering around at the edges?

Join us for this local discussion about how we can all make best use of LinkedIn, connect with local businesses and set up our own New Forest LinkedIn Local group here in the New Forest – so you can meet your online contacts face-to-face and do business better!

About New Forest Business Partnership

  • improve relations between local businesses and local government

  • help to grow a sustainable local economy
  • help to bring greater prosperity to our local community
  • act as a forum for local business people to express their concerns, share their knowledge and experience, network with potential clients and suppliers, and help make changes that will benefit their business.

The NFBP Board includes representatives from all major business sectors and areas of the New Forest as well as Brockenhurst College, New Forest District Council, New Forest National Park Authority, Hampshire County Council and Totton College. In 2019 the NFBP Board will lead an implementation group to ensure the successful delivery of the New Forest Economic Development Strategy.
