“We don’t stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.”
When was the last time you played dodgeball? Or played competitive keepy uppy? Or did a handstand? Why should the kids have all the fun?
Playing is an innate part of who we are. Here at Forest Forge we value the importance of playing and how physical activity can make you feel better, braver and fitter.
An hour of fun social team games, from dodgeball, to chain tag, games you remember from the playground and some new ones thrown in. One week we might focus on circus skills, another balance, another physical theatre, another ball games. The sessions will get our hearts racing and inner child smiling!
This is a non-performance workshop – no experience necessary, games explained each week so you can join in at anytime.
These sessions will help to relieve stress, support well-being, and are a fun way to get some exercise!
