Our class is held every Monday night, from 8pm until 9pm, at St Thomas Church Hall at the top of Lymington High Street.
We teach a combination of the following:
* Simple Self Defence
* Personal Safety and Safeguarding
* Ketsugo Martial Art - a street-optimised combination of Aikido, Krav Maga, Wing Chun, Taiho Jutsu, the Police Officer Safety training system - and techniques selected and adjusted from other styles.
Our objectives are to empower you by making you better able to make safe judgements about your personal safety and by helping you become capable of neutralising any threats to your personal safety should the need arise. Our philosophy is "Be Your Own Bodyguard!" and that is exactly what we want to help you achieve.
We cater for ladies of all ages and physical ability. We aim to make you safer and more careful regardless of your age. We do not involve breakfalls in the classes and we aim to train carefully, look after our bodies and avoid injury.
Our classes are fun and light hearted. We take self protection and martial arts extremely seriously, but we have a great time training! Your instructors are passionate about what they teach and are very keen to share the gift of martial arts with you.
**Note: Our last class in December will be on 3rd December. Then we are closed until we start back up again on 7th January.
