MY Museum Children's Club (MC2) is a project designed by the St Barbe Museum and Art Gallery specifically to inspire children to be involved in the cultural shaping of our community. Using the museum as a platform, child-friendly talks are hosted in the museum on the third Sunday of every month form 11.00am to 12.00pm.
The topics of the talks and speakers are chosen for the variety of different themes, for their charisma and for their passion in their area of expertise.
We aim to present new and inspiring role models, outside of the family environment.
Arrival at the museum must be 11am sharp. On their arrival children will be given a small snack. The talk will last 30 minutes and will be followed by 15 minutes Q&As.
Booking is essential as places are limited
Speakers include Curator of Aircraft, The Ocean Brothers, A Local Wildlife Ranger, A Bee Keeper..... full details on our website www.stbarbe-museum.org.uk/learning/mc2
