New Forest Hockey Club is hosting its annual Hockey Fest on Sunday 2nd September 0930-1330 at Lymington Recreation Centre.
Former GB and England Men’s Captain and four time Olympian Barry Middleton will be promoting the event, accompanied by England Hockey representatives.
This is an open event open to all ages, skill and fitness, members (past, present and new) and family. All session are mixed male and female. There will be lots of on pitch fun activities and signed prizes to be won. Please come dressed appropriately with shin pads and mouth guards. Sticks are available to borrow on the day.
Registration – will be open from 09.15
On pitch activities timings will be as follows (times are approx - please watch Facebook for updates)
09.30 to 10.30 Under 8s and Under 10s (under 8s must be accompanied by an adult on pitch)
10.30 to 11.30 Juniors over the age of 10 and under 17
11.30 to 12.30 Seniors
Refreshments will be available to purchase throughout the day as well as a BBQ at 1245, proceeds will go to the club.
