Advice on how to boost your immunity from Sue Leach of The Natural Health Hub in Lymington.

Autumn is the season when it’s most crucial to nurture yourself. Our belief at The Hub is that ‘catching’ a cold is not about some nasty beasty germs invading our bodies – it’s actually that we’ve allowed those germs to sneak past our natural defences. A special event is to be held on Saturday 1 September 2018 in memory of  Colin Jelly's wife Linda who died in 2016 and who was passionate about Naomi House Childrens Hospice.

Proceeds to Naomi House for something special

Money raised is to go towards something that the hospice would not be able to pay for out of their usual funds, but will bring a smile to the children’s faces.  Colin is in regular contact with Naomi House and they are very excited about the project.

Now Colin needs the support of the rest of us, to give it the best chance of success

This really is to be a unique event in aid of a very worthy cause, Colin is hoping that  a most memorable day will be had by all that attend and take part.

There's now also a Facebook page with which you can keep up to date with developments:

Colin would also be keen to hear from anybody who might like to lend a hand either on the day or beforehand, if anyone is interested please contact Colin Jelly (Organiser) at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
