Countryside Education Trust Christmas Fair
Fri 17 November 10am to 2.30pm at the domus, beaulieu abbey
Come to a wonderful historic venue to enjoy a day of Christmas shopping for interesting and unusual presents in fascinating surroundings. Scrummy refreshments will be on offer alongside many new stalls, showcasing a wide variety of gifts.
Run by volunteers, the Christmas Fair raises money to support the work of the Countryside Education Trust, the environmental education charity based in Beaulieu.
This year it’s being held for the first time in the Domus, Beaulieu Estate (next to the Abbey) Friday 17th November: 10am – 2.30pm and it’s a great place to buy Christmas presents, stocking fillers and gifts that are just that little bit different, many of which have been made for the occasion by the fantastic team of willing volunteers who believe so passionately in everything the CET does and stands for. With more space this year there are additional stalls showcasing local businesses and artisans, potters, woodturners, forgers, interesting products from recycled materials….fabulous stalls and raffles with stupendous prizes! There will also be a café for when you get peckish….
“As well as being a fun event and a good opportunity to start buying Christmas presents, everyone who comes to the Christmas Fair is contributing to the vital work performed by this charity, benefitting both the local community and inner city schools across the country.”
Come alone or with friends , have fun and support a local charity in its work to connect people of all ages and backgrounds with the countryside.
