Anna Harling's Tuesday lunchtime vinyasa flow yoga is a challenging physical class that's also nurturing and restorative. Through synchronised movement and breath, this 45-mintue class should leave you  energised, refreshed and positive for the rest of the day – and the rest of the week. Experienced vinyasa yoga teacher Anna provides a warm and welcoming environment for people with any level of experience to grow or just take time out for themselves. For those who work in central Lymington it can be desk to desk in your hour lunch break. £10 bookable online at or drop in on the day.

The Natural Health Hub is Lymington’s holistic health centre offering an extensive selection of complementary therapies.
