The Bosun's Chair is a three-storey building which was originally a coach house. Conveniently located very near to Lymington Town train station, Lymington High Street, the quay and marinas. It is also very close to the Isle of Wight ferry.
Local company Pelican Taverns, who manage sister pubs in Southampton (The Grapes on Oxford Street) as well as The Gun Inn, Keyhaven, The Bosun's Chair has been extensively refurbished. The bar has a great selection of wines, real ales and lagers. The kitchens serve fabulous food all day, home-cooked traditional pub food.
The Bosun's Chair shows key sporting events on Sky Sports and there are regular live music evenings during the year.
The pub boasts a large, secluded garden - a wonderfully peaceful oasis in the summer months, with real charcoal barbecues at weekends.
