Ozzie Cozzies provide beautiful swimwear for 'every body' and are now looking in the New Forest Area for Ambassadors and Hostesses to promote their exclusive ranges. In these turbulent times, I can think of nothing better than earning some extra money from home, perhaps to pay for a summer holiday or winter escape. I know quite a few friends already who will be on the phone for this opportunity and if I thought I could get away with it, I'd be quite interested too...JS

OzzieCozzies Ambassadors

Over the past seven years we have been quite concentrated in the areas that we visit which have mostly included Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds and East and West Sussex touching on London, Kent, Oxfordshire and Surrey. We now feel it is high time we offer our fabulous service and fantastic products to more ladies than ever in locations that are relatively un touched. These include Dorset, Hampshire, Bristol, Bath, North London, Cheshire, Warwickshire, Devon and Cornwall. And this is where you step in. We are giving you the opportunity to earn great money by finding hostesses in a select area who would like to welcome OzzieCozzies into their home. They will also be nicely rewarded with a hostess fee, complimentary swimwear and potentially some commission as well. You will be offered £100 for every hostess you find who can definitely commit to having a sale with a good attendance. We are pushing for our Ambassadors to find 6 hostesses for 2009 but this is up for negotiation as 3 may be more realistic for some ladies. You will be allocated an area familiar to you to find hostesses in but they must not overlap in terms of social circles. If you know potential hostesses outside of your area this can also be discussed.

If you chose to attend the sale(s) as our helper we will also be happy to pay some commission on top of the finding fee dependent on sales that day. This is why it is in your interest to chose your hostesses wisely and encourage them to put in as much effort as possible to ensure a profitable sale. Sale days are always very fun and sociable and we are sure you will love being part of our team on the day.

OzzieCozzies ‘At Home’ Sales - What a hostess can expect on the day!

We aim to arrive at the house between 9- 9.30 am. It will take us until 11am to set up. We may have to move furniture around to fit in rails with browsing space so please move anything fragile or precious from the allocated rooms before we arrive. We carry around 1000 pieces of swimwear so we may need to spread across two rooms or hallways. Of course, it goes without saying that we will put everything back exactly how we found it when we pack away.  We ask for at least 3 bedrooms or bathrooms that you don’t mind being used; we will provide full length mirrors.

A typical sale day will run between 11am and 6pm. It is totally optional as to whether you offer refreshments or lunch. We find that mostly ladies are there for the swimwear and a good old chat and that is usually enough, however we have found that some hostesses offer a light lunch and tipple in return for a donation to a chosen charity.  We should just mention that if the spread is too delicious and wonderful ladies can sometimes by pass the swimwear, get caught up and realise they need to shoot off before even starting to browse, so we politely ask the hostess to steer guests in our direction before they tuck in.

If a hostess feels that lots of ladies may like to attend earlier, for example on the way back from the school run, or later on the way home from work, in some cases we can make exceptions and extend sale times.

In terms of invitations hostesses have two options. We can provide invitations both card and email that the hostess sends out themselves. Alternatively the hostess can provide us with all of her contacts and we can do the hard work. We provide at least 50 card invitations and ideally expect a large portion of them to be sent out to ensure a good attendance, aiming for about 30 ladies all of whom are keen to browse the swimwear. If we receive an exceptional response at a sale we will be happy to introduce some commission on top of the hostess fee and gift.

In return for your kind hospitality we would like to offer you £100, a complimentary swimming costume and a fantastic day for all concerned.

OZZIECOZZIES ONTOUR - The business model explained!

People often ask why we’ve chosen to sell our swimwear by means of private house sales.  Well, we had good reasons.  Our own experiences of struggling in ill-lit department store changing rooms made us want to make buying swimwear a pleasant exercise!  In a private home you get a private room to change in.  There’s friendly advice if you want it, and all the time you need to choose the right swimsuit for you.  There’s no two ways about it:  OzzieCozziesOnTour is the only civilized way to buy swimwear!

Just like last year, in 2008 we’ll be touring southern England bringing our hand-picked collection to a beautiful home near you.

This swimwear is exceptional.  And like last year, in addition to our signature Australian designs, we’re carrying ranges from top designers in New Zealand, Germany and the US as well.   As always, we’ve done our buying in the knowledge that the female body comes in many shapes and sizes. Double D cups and styles with clever invisible support are a specialty. For those of you with longer bodies we have an extensive collection of tankinis, and in addition to our one-piece collection we feature lots of bikinis, plus shirts and sarongs in the same top quality prints and plains.

It works like this. Our hostesses who understand the nightmare, invite friends, family, and acquaintances to an OzzieCozzies event to be hosted in their home. We arrive in the morning and set everything up. This will include over 1000 pieces of swimwear that are selected to cater for every size, age, body shape, skin tone, and personal preference out there. Then their friends start to arrive.

Every guest can browse in a relaxed, unhurried atmosphere and have their own private room to try on. We are there to offer advice and great service. We do the running, make suggestions and make sure the whole process is totally stress free and even fun. The guests make their choices and leave in our experience extremely grateful to the hostess. We genuinely believe there is no nicer way to shop for swimwear.
