Can you summarise what Lymington means to you?

A place where I can shop, eat and spend time with family & friends in a lovely setting that’s right next to the beauty of the New Forest.

Can you describe your best day ever in Lymington?

It was my birthday and after a lovely drive across the forest on a glorious July day we had lunch in Stanwell’s walled garden, followed by some retail therapy along the high street. We then walked to the Mayflower and enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine in the garden and then returned to Egans for dinner. Wonderful!

Burwoods & Fat Face

What do you do to relax?

Sit in the conservatory at Stanwells with a glass of wine and a magazine.

Name one or more things you still haven’t done that you really want to?

Learn to sail (rather than just be a passenger!), learn to speak Spanish fluently, travel around America.
