NEW SHELBOURNE MANAGER OPENS DOORS TO SWAY PROPERTY

The luxury senior living development in Sway, The Shelbourne, opened the doors to its show home last week with Nick Webb (left) at the helm.
Appointed to oversee the development and growth of the Shelbourne community, Nick brings with him years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in “five star” hotels - where high quality customer service is essential - across the UK and in the southern hemisphere.

Over the next few months, in the lead up to the grand opening of the 74 bedroom residency, Nick will be establishing The Shelbourne in the surrounding community and continuing to recruit a team of staff to deliver a premium service that is reflective of the Shelbourne Senior Living approach to retirement communities.

“It is important that these first few months concentrate on formulating the Shelbourne Senior Living culture that will establish the community for years to come.  We have a very clear view on how we want The Shelbourne to grow and it is my job to interpret this idea into deliverables – the recent appointments to the management team and the standard of the show home have set a precedent in what can be expected from a high-end luxury development such as The Shelbourne,” explained Nick

I will be hosting an evening on Wednesday 8 August where the local community and businesses can come along and meet myself and the rest of the team, and experience a little of what Shelbourne Senior Living has to offer.

Moving forward, I see The Shelbourne very much evolving through the contribution of its residents and staff alike. We have long term ambitions and aim to become the exemplar case study for high quality senior care.

You can meet Nick and his team on 8 August at The Shelbourne at Sway from 6.00pm until 7.30pm. For further information about Shelbourne Senior Living and The Shelbourne at Sway visit: www.shelbourneseniorliving.com.
