Introducing...The New Forest Branch of the Pony Club
The New Forest Hunts Branch of the Pony Club was established in 1932 and is part of Pony Club Area 14. At present we have around 130 members. Our members are given instruction in all Pony Club activies including Horse Trials, Show Jumping, Dressage, Tetrathlon and Polo.
We send teams to all the Area Competitions and often have teams or members attending the National Championships.
We are located in the beautiful New Forest National Park and some of our activies use this lovely facility. We organise pinic rides, treasure hunts and barbecues for varied and fun activities. We have the use of a good cross country course at New Park, Brockenhurst, which we use for Tetrathlon and Hunter Trials. We hold both junior and senior camps in the summer time which are held in the Forest and at Bryanston School. We cater for all levels of rider, our youngest active member is 3 years old and our oldest is 21, from novice riders to international dressage and event riders the New Forest Hunts Pony Club has it all!
A full calender of events (for both pony club members & non-members) for the forthcoming season and further information on the pony club can be found online at www.pcuk.org
