FULLERS GROUP VACANCIES:

CNC TURNER (DAY OR NIGHT SHIFT) @ LPE

Lymington Precision Engineers require a Fully Skilled CNC Turner to work with our day or night shift team.

Duties to include:

• Full CNC Programme Creation mainly using Mazatrol Fusion, Hitachi Seicos or Fanuc Controls
• Setting and Prove out of Programmes and Processes
• Machine Operation

TOOLROOM MACHINIST

Lymington Precision Engineers require a Fully Skilled Manual Machinist to work with our day shift team.

Duties to include:

• Operation of Colchester, XYZ Proturn Lathes, Bridgeport, XYZ Milling Machines and Surface Grinders.

Skills required:

• To be fully skilled operator
• Able to work on own initiative, machining jigs and fixtures as well as small batch machined components
• Experience of XYZ Prototrak VL Programming and Manual Milling would be an advantage

LABOURER / CLEANER / FORK TRUCK DRIVER

Duties to include:

• Loading and unloading lorries as required
• Liasing with Quality and Production Personnel to ensure correct material movement
• Moving materials within the various warehouses and factories
• Sweep, clean and wash floors
• Remove rubbish and empty bins
• Keep workshop tidy and organised

Skills required:

• Forklift Truck Licence
• Active, methodical approach to duties
• Able to work on own initiative
• Willingness to work overtime including weekends as required
• Full Driving Licence
• Able to be flexible and willing to undertake other tasks as required
• Good time keeping
• Some lifting involved

TOOL AND CUTTER / UNIVERSAL GRINDER

Lymington Precision Engineers require a Tool and Cutter/Universal Grinder to work with our team.

Duties to include:

• Cutter Modification and Grinding
• Processing overload of Cutters to Sub Contract
• Surface and Cylindrical Grinding when required

Skills required:

• To be fully skilled and conversant with all aspects of manual Tool and Cutter Grinding
• Able to Cylindrical and Surface Grind on Production Components to drawing requirements
• Self motivated and able to work on own initiative
