The Old Exchange is a modern and light, high quality fully furnished conversion sleeping 4/6 people, and is available for weekly bookings and short breaks. It has been recently converted from the complete first floor of the old telephone exchange in Sway, and has a 3-star grading from the English Tourist Council. It is an ideal base for walking, riding, playing golf, sailing, fishing, going to the beach, cycling or just relaxing in the New Forest. The property has full gas central heating, and all hot water, heating, electricity, as well as towels, tea towels and bed linen are included. The building is strictly non-smoking, and we don’t allow any pets.

Kings Huts are officially one of the "Treasures of Hampshire". The cottage is Grade II Listed and has been restored and furnished in the Arts & Crafts style. Antique furniture, including William Morris fabrics, and open fires are combined with modern comforts. The cottage provides room for four people (plus cot) and well-behaved pets, in a rural setting just one mile from Lymington in the New Forest National Park. The facilities include secluded gardens, parking and a separate Garden Studio.
