The Old Exchange is a modern and light, high quality fully furnished conversion of two apartments sleeping up to 6 people in each apartment, and is available for weekly bookings and short breaks. It has been recently converted from the old telephone exchange in Sway, and has a 3-star grading from the English Tourist Council. It is an ideal base for walking, riding, playing golf, sailing, fishing, going to the beach, cycling or just relaxing in the New Forest. The property has full gas central heating, and all hot water, heating, electricity, as well as towels, tea towels and bed linen are included. The building is strictly non-smoking, and we don’t allow any pets.

Beech Farm House offers luxury self-catering accommodation right on the edge of the New Forest in Hampshire. The annexe, lovingly rebuilt to an exceptionally high standard during 2006 by local mastercraftsmen, comprises two double bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen-diner and an adjoining 17th century cob living room with wood burning stove. It also boasts your own private walled garden and a private entrance with secure off-road parking. On 19th July 2007 we were awarded a FOUR STAR GRADING for our accomodation from the Ouality in Tourism, Visit Britain organisation. This level is achieved, on inspection by a Quality in Tourism inspector, by exceeding "an excellent level of quality and comfort standard" throughout.  We are also now members of the national Green Leaf Tourism Scheme, a national pilot for sustainable tourism.

Kings Huts are officially one of the "Treasures of Hampshire". The cottage is Grade II Listed and has been restored and furnished in the Arts & Crafts style. Antique furniture, including William Morris fabrics, and open fires are combined with modern comforts.
