Neither Lymington Dot Com, Dreams Come True or our Partners, accepts any liability for any legal action taken by the copyright owners and you are responsible for securing copies of the appropriate legal restrictions and ensuring that you comply with the regulations therein. We can provide copies of the various limitations upon request. In principal, if all monies raised as a result of any such brand usage, are given to the Charity, the various copyright owners have provided Lymington Dot Come and Dreams Come True, together with their approved Partners only, the necessary permissions to hold the event.
