Restaurant Manager (Ref NF209): The restaurant has been awarded it first Michelin star and prides itself on 5 star service. Your duties will be to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant, training staff and seeing to stock control. The role is operational and will require the relevant back office support. Your will be responsible for liaising with department heads to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant, combined with the upkeep of the restaurant and its standards.
