Ampress Park in Lymington is the location of the new Arctic Spas dealership owned by husband and wife team Tim and Jane Ball.   They live in Milford on Sea with their two children, Olivia and Alex.

Tim and Jane who originally lived in Sutton Coldfield, running their own business for 15 years,  moved to the area nearly four years ago having had the opportunity to sell their business.  They realised that after having wonderful holidays in Milford on Sea, they wanted a complete change in lifestyle and they say they would never want to live anywhere else, in fact anywhere north of Stonehenge is abroad to them.

Why open a hot tub showroom?  We live in such a wonderful area, our kids are at the age where they do not want to go on holiday with us and  actually, it was our daughter Olivia who said “why don’t we have a hot tub instead of a holiday?”  We thought, good idea.

Well, we trawled around looking at various makes and models and eventually we came across the Arctic Spa.  We were immediately impressed by their outstanding quality, no fancy gimmicks and the promise of ongoing back up support and great guarantees.

Jane’s mind starting going into overdrive, she went onto the Arctic Spas website and clicked on  ”I want to become a dealer”.  After meetings with the Dealership Director of Arctic Spas we found ourselves on the way to Edmonton in Canada for our training and upon our return we fitted out our showroom at 19 Lymington Enterprise Centre, Ampress Park, Ampress Lane, Lymington.

Our showroom has hot tubs covering a wide price range.   Every design has specific benefits (for example, for short, tall, big or small.  We are very enthusiastic about hot tubbing,  and always have a tub ready and waiting for anyone wanting to try one out in our showroom.

We also offer a 5 day Hot Tub Hire very competitively priced at £195.00 fully installed.   All the customer needs is adequate access and a 13 amp plug, we do the rest.  These are hired for all sorts of special occasions such as, birthdays, hen parties, New Year, barbeques, graduations etc.

Hot tubbing, as well as giving you that holiday feeling all the year around, has therapeutic benefits such as stress relief, soothing aches and pains, relaxation and sleep improvement etc.  In addition we know where our kids are, and more importantly who their friends are.  We say our hot tub is our new dining table, (no we don’t eat in there but we do talk).
