Local entrepreneurs Jane Overall and Andy Alvis have just celebrated the official launch of their second catering company ‘Mange-To Go”
Mange-To Go was created due to the success of the parent company, ‘Mange-Tout Catering’ which was established 20 years ago in Brockenhurst. The business partners use their passion and experience of cooking with local ingredients to create wholesome, home-cooked meals, which are freshly frozen to lock in the flavours. With no additives used, the vast menu provides convenient and tasty food catering for all occasions. Mange-To Go has been created to provide the same hearty recipes and cooking techniques to individuals that don’t have the time or means to cook, or simply want to relax and treat themselves.
Mange-To Go held its celebratory launch party on Saturday 14th October at Setley Ridge Vineyard. Around 100 people visited Jane and Andy throughout the day to taste samples of the selected soups, main courses, desserts and treats on offer and to enter in a competition to win a weeks worth of meals for two.
Among the locals who enjoyed the tasting, were visitors from London and Plymouth who were so impressed that they have already made arrangements with Jane and Andy to have a regular stock of Mange-To Go’s meals to take back to their home counties!
The winners of the prize draw were Liz and Mark from Lymington who stated; “The food came very highly recommended and it certainly lived up to all expectations. The Moroccan Fruity Lamb Tagine was fantastic and it will definitely be on my list of winnings!”
